Ms. M. Sandhya Deepthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture would submit that the relief has become infructuous, since the petitioner has vacated the subject shop. Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner is in attendance. 4. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the present Writ Petition was initially tagged along with a batch of writ petitions in W.P. No.23116 of 2018. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, in W.P. No.23116 of 2018 vide order dated 18.10.2022, directed the petitioners therein to vacate their respective stalls within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, if they had not already vacated the same. Until such vacation, the petitioners therein were directed to continue paying rent at the rate fixed by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2018. 4 5. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Agriculture, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
