VENKATA SAI KRISHNA PONNURU The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Suo Motu Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Rule 5(a) of the Contempt of Court Rules, 1980, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 14.06.2018 passed in W.P.No.19616 of 2018, wherein this Court while granting interim direction observed that the 2nd respondent therein could not have directed the petitioner to give bank guarantee for releasing stock, when such a condition was not imposed by this Court in its order dated 06.04.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.11316 of 2018 and directed the Registry to issue show cause notice to the 2nd respondent/contemnor to explain as to why proceeding for contempt of Court shall not be initiated against her for violating the order dated 06.04.2018. This Court dismissed the writ petition in W.P.No.19616 of 2018 on 08.05.2026 for non prosecution. As such, nothing remains for adjudication in this contempt case.
