This Court on 23.08.2018, passed interim order directing the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner’s possession and enjoyment over the subject land except by following due procedure contemplated under law. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that in paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that respondents are laying road in the Government land classified as Bandi Daari Poramboke in Sy.No.16/1 of Ankireddigaripalle Village of Ramakuppam Mandal and not in the petitioner’s land. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the interim order passed by this Court, respondents are not interfering with the petitioner’s private property and he requested to record the averments of paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit and close the writ petition. 5. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in paragraph No.5 of the counter affidavit, the Writ Petition is disposed of by making the interim order passed on 23.08.2018 absolute and directing the respondents not to take coercive steps against the petitioner except by following due procedure in accordance with law. 6. With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
