VENKATESWARLU SANISETTY The Court made the following: 3 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 1842/2017 ORDER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 15.12.2016 in E.P.No.92 of 2015 in O.S.No.1336 of 2000 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore. 2. None appeared for the petitioner on 16.06.2026 and the matter is posted to today under the caption ‘For dismissal’. Even today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter pertains to recovery of money under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Chit Funds Act, 1971. After the decree was passed, an Execution Petition vide E.P.No.92 of 2015 was filed for execution of the decree and judgment passed in the year 2001. On 15.12.2016, the said EP was allowed and attachment of warrant was issued for recovery of money of Rs.1,07,500/-. The said order of attachment was assailed before this Court by way of present Revision Petition. 4. This Court passed an interim order dated 13.04.2017, staying all further proceedings in E.P.No.92 of 2015. 5. Today, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents not provided any information. Therefore, no information was provided before this Court by both the parties. 4 6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
