THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 2395/2017 ORDER:
On perusal of the docket order, it is observed that on the last occasion, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to file proof of service. But it seems that even today, no proof of service is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Moreover, today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter. 2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
