The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order 03.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.63 of 2016 in O.S.No.407 of 2011 on the file of the I Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Nellore.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the Revision Petition, the main suit itself was dismissed for default on 14.05.2026. As such, no cause survives for further adjudication in the Revision Petition and the matter becomes infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
