THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA
CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3194 OF 2017
ORDER:
1. On 19.06.2026, there was no representation on either side. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of either party.
2. This Civil Revision Petition was filed on 07.11.2016 along with an application seeking condonation of a delay of 119 days. Till date, the delay has not been condoned, and nearly a decade has elapsed. This Court had specifically directed the petitioner to file proof of service; however, the same has not been filed. Nevertheless, the respondents have entered appearance through counsel and have been contesting the pending revision petition.
3. In view of the non-compliance with the orders of this Court, the fact that the Civil Revision Petition has not yet been admitted, and the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner even today, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
