The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order and decree dated 27.04.2017 in EP No.98 of 2016 in O.S.No.198 of 2011 on the file of Addl. Senior Civil Judge's Court, Eluru. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Revision Petition, the matter was settled. As such, no cause survives for further adjudication in the Revision Petition and the matter becomes infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
