The Civil Revision Petition No.1729 of 2017 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India aggrieved by the order 06.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.244 of 2016 in O.S.No.79 of 2005 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Tribunal, Hyderabad. 3. Heard Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the Revision Petitions, the main suit itself was dismissed. As such, no cause survives for further adjudication in the Revision Petitions and the matters becomes infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
