Heard Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Shaik Omer Qaiyum, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pending the Revision Petitions, the main suit itself was dismissed. As such, no cause survives for further adjudication in the Revision Petitions and the matters becomes infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
