COMMON ORDER:
As the sole petitioner died, this Court granted several opportunities to the learned counsel for the petitioner to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased. Despite the same, learned counsel for the petitioner has been unable to bring his legal heirs on record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through virtual mode and stated that there has been no response from the family members of the deceased. 3. Therefore, W.P.No.13646 of 2017 is dismissed. Consequently, W.P.No.24569 of 2018 is also dismissed on same ground, as both the writ petitions are connected. There shall be no order as to costs.
