After pronouncement of judgment, learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record an application, being I.A.No.2 of 2026 for granting interim bail to the petitioner for a period of two (2) weeks on the ground that petitioner is in custody since long, his wife namely Shaik Fareena, undergoing pregnancy. The Doctor has given date of delivery between 10th and 15th of May, 2026. During that period, petitioner wants to stay with his wife. Hence, he prays for interim bail.
Learned counsel for petitioner also submits petitioner intends to challenge order passed by this Court before the Hon’ble Supreme Court by filing SLP.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It appears that petitioner has approached this Court on humanitarian grounds to stay with his wife at the time of delivery.
Considering the said aspect, this Court is of the view that it is necessary to allow the application for interim bail.
Accordingly, petitioner/accused is ordered to be enlarged on interim bail for a period of two

(2) weeks i.e. from 02.05.2026 to 15.05.2026 on condition of executing a self bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Nellore. Petitioner/Accused must report himself before the Superintendent, Central Prison, Nellore during office hours on
16.05.2026.
