Clearly, despite the knowledge of the present appeal, the legal representatives have not filed any application seeking substitution of legal representatives of the deceased appellant. 6. The limitation period to file the said application has also expired. 7. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated in terms of Order XXII Rule 3(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), 1908. 8.
