It is pointed out that during the pendency of the proceedings, various reports came to be filed by the respondents indicating the mechanism which has been put in-place in the concerned jail. It is also pointed out that the larger issue with respect to CCTV Camera and other security features is pending for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court. 3. Ms. Rebecca M.
