This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from using in any manner whatsoever in relation to any medicinal products/preparations etc. the impugned packaging containing the "ROCKET DEVICE" and/or using the artistic work contained in the blister packaging "BLUE PACKAGING" and/or any other packaging which is deceptively similar to Plaintiff’s packaging containing the artistic work in which it has a copyright, amounting to infringement of copyright. 2. During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and a Settlement Agreement has been executed and signed on 24.07.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, copy of which is on record.
