1. In the present writ petitions, on two previous dates, i.e. 2nd April, 2026 and 20th May, 2026, Mr. Rajat Aneja, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the petitioners and took time to obtain instructions from his clients whether they wish to pursue the present petitions or not.
2. Since the last date of hearing, Mr. Rajat Aneja has been designated as a Senior Advocate.
3. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.
4. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-MCD submit that the aforesaid petitions have become infructuous since the parties against whom relief is sought in the present petition are no longer operating.
5. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petitions are disposed of as having become infructuous.
