This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for the following reliefs: “(i) Declare the impugned Sections 3 and 45 of PMLA ultra vires for being vague, unreasonable, ambiguous and unconstitutional on the vice of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, or in the alternative, each or any of them as may deemed just and necessary, may please be read down, explained and scope thereof expounded by this Hon’ble Court so as to save them from unconstitutionality; (ii) issue a writ of mandamus or in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent Department to forthwith place on record before this Hon’ble Court the ECIR NO. ECIR/HQRS/15/2017 recorded for commencing investigations under PMLA and This is a digitally signed order. No.37/2020, titled Hemant S. Hathi v. Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors. and W.P. (Crl.) No. 48/2020, titled Chetan Jayantilal & Ors. v. Central Bureau of Investigation & Ors., the same stands quashed. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, therefore, nothing further survives in this petition.
