The petitioner vide the instant petition seeks to challenge the order dated 11.12.2013 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in FIR No.474/2013, under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station-Tilak Marg, whereby, the investigation of the case was directed to be handed over to Crime Branch. 2. The said order came to be stayed by this Court vide the interim order dated 04.08.2017. Since, thereafter, the matter was not transferred to Crime Branch and was continued to be investigated by the Police Station Tilak Nagar. 3. It is pointed out that the investigation has been conducted by Police This is a digitally signed order.
