Issue the “warrant of attachment” against the properties of the JD as per list attached, in the interest of Justice and after attachment of the said properties, the same may be sold in public auction and whatever amount is realized, the same may be paid to the Decree Holder towards release of the decretal amount. 2. Such other and further order which this Hon’ble Court deems fit may also be passed in favor of the petitioner.” 2. Ms. Astha Gupta, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of the Judgment Debtor. Mr. Rachit Garg, Director and Mr. Prakash Charolia, AR of the Judgment Debtor Company, are present in person and have handed over certain cheques to the Decree Holder, whose Directors/AR are present in person, towards the full and final satisfaction of all the amounts as are due and payable.
