2. The present petitions under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Articles 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seek the following prayers: -
“a. take cognizance of the deliberate and wilful non- / compliance of the direction passed by this Hon’ble Court vide its
order dated 24.08.2016 passed in LPA No. 633 of 2014 and be pleased to direct the respondents to appear before this Hon’ble Court and further be pleased to punish them for the contempt of this Hon’ble Court jointly and severally;
b. pass such other and further order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case may be passed.”

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the
order dated 24.08.2016 passed in LPA No. 633/2014 has been complied with and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

5. The present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
