1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:-
“(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors respondents and punish them for deliberate and willful disobedience of the Judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court dated 01.04.2013 in W.P. (C) No.8121 of 2011; AND (b) Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may feel deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
3. Vide order dated 26.03.2025, learned Predecessor Bench of this Court had directed the respondents to file an affidavit in the following manner:-
“1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 submits that the amounts which have been mentioned in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the affidavit of respondent no.1 dated 08.01.2021 stand disbursed and This is a digitally signed order. she will be filing an affidavit of compliance. Let the needful be done before the next date. 2. List on 14.05.2025.”
4. In pursuance of the aforesaid, an affidavit dated 01.05.2025 has been placed on record. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, as available in law, before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 6. The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 8.
