Learned counsel for the respondent no.1, referring to the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by this Court, submits that respondent no.2 has already expired and proceeding qua him stands abated.

He, along with learned APP for the State submit that since the respondent nos. 1 and 3 have also been acquitted by the learned Trial Court vide the order dated 21.02.2026, the present petition has become infructuous.
