When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the request/claim of the petitioner was rejected by the 1st respondent, vide proceedings dated 29.02.2024. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
