The petitioner by the present writ petition has assailed the action of the respondent in terminating his services as Financial Service Executive and allow the petitioner to continue in the said post. 3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondent submitted that the same issue raised in the present petition was considered by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A. (MD)Nos.1382 to 1389 of 2016 and vide order dated 28.09.2022 had upheld the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(MD)No.1622 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016 and as such the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the afore said statement. In view of the above submissions and for the reasons as stated by the Division Bench of this Court, while affirming the order of the learned single Judge in WP(MD)No.1622 of 2016 dated 02.09.2016, the challenge in the present writ petition to the action of the respondent does not call for any interference 5. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order of the Division Bench affirming the order of the learned single Judge.
