2. Today, when the matters were called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even when the matters were called at the end of the list, there was no representation. 3. It is also seen from the docket orders that there was no representation for the petitioners on 05.08.2025. Again, when these matter were taken up on 17.03.2026, there was no representation for the petitioners, and the matters were directed to be listed after two weeks.
The same state of affairs has continued ever since. 4. Though these matters were listed under the caption “for dismissal”, even today i.e., on 15.07.2026, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through counsel. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petitions. 5. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
