This petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to sue the above second appeal as an indigent person. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.A.Shanmugam, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.V.Prasad, learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu for the respondents 2 to 4. 3.A perusal of the records reveals that the suit had been filed as in forma pauperis. The learned trial Judge granted permission for the plaintiff to sue in that capacity. 4.Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
