But then, the review applicant cannot be said to have suffered any prejudice. This is because the Division Bench did not issue any notice to the private respondents. It only directed the authorities to remove the encroachments in a public street. 2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner / first respondent herein states that the encroachment was removed way back in the year 2017 itself.
