Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Prabhakaran, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1,3 & 4 submitted that the obstructions raised on the southern portion of the properties situated at S.No.111/1A2 and S.No.111/1B1, Vanagaram Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District have been removed by the local authorities and the same has been communicated vide order dated 26.05.2026 to the respondents. 3. In view of the subsequent developments that have taken place, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
