When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the land in question is not a poramboke land and it is a natham land and in which, houses have already been constructed. 3. In view of the above, since the subject property is classified as natham land and such land does not vest with the Government, no direction, as sought for by the petitioner, can be issued for the removal of alleged encroachment under the Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Hence, this Court finds no merit in this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
