For Petitioner : Mr.M.Gnanasekar For Respondents : Mr.C.Kathiravan Standing Counsel (TRB) for R1 : Mr.D.Kumar for R2 O R D E R The lis involved in the present writ petition was referred to resolution through Mediation by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025, and the parties were directed to appear before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras on 05.11.2025. 2. It is submitted that in the course of mediation proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement and the Mediator by his report dated 19.11.2025 had recorded the terms of settlement arrived at between the parties. The Assistant Registrar, Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre had forwarded the mediation report dated 19.11.2025 along with the memorandum of understanding dated 17.11.2025 as arrived at between the parties. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.31694 & 31822 of 2017 3. Since, the parties have resolved their dispute by entering into a memorandum of understanding including the second respondent withdrawing the complaint made to the first respondent in the writ petition, on the basis of which the first respondent having issued charge memo dated 20.11.2017, this Court is of the view that the parties ought to be directed to abide by the settlement as arrived at before the Mediator as recorded in the mediation report dated 19.11.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the writ petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
