The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that only the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2005 had been dismissed for default and the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2006 is still pending consideration before the Court. The revision in O.S.No.29 of 2006 is for grant of stay of the suit pending trial in O.S.No.105 of

3. Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the order dated 11.03.2026 stands recalled and the following order is passed:
“In view of the dismissal of the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2005, the
order passed by this Court on 11.03.2026 is recalled and the prayer sought for in the revision petitions has become infructuous. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed. No costs.
