The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the order dated 12.12.2008 passed by Respondent No.4 imposing the penalty of Reduction in time scale of pay by two stages with cumulative effect besides recovery of Rs.1,25,000/-, order dated 30.10.2009 issued by Respondent No.3 not setting aside but modifying the penalty order and Order dated 18.10.2017 passed by Respondent No.2 rejecting the review petition, with all consequential benefits. 2. The present writ petition was admitted by Coordinate Bench of this Court on the statement made by the parties that the matter involved in the present writ petition is pending before Full Bench in LPA-1888-2013 titled as Food Corporation of India and others Vs. Malkiat Singh (deceased) through LRs Jatinder Singh and others, passed in LPA No. 1888-2013, the present writ petition is dismissed. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
