Learned counsel submits that claim of the petitioner for regularization is squarely covered by the judgment in State of Haryana and others vs. Raj Rani, LPA-1397-2023 and connected cases, decided on 07.05.2024, Madan Singh and Others Vs. State of Haryana and Others, Civil Appeal No.1996 of 2024, decided on 16.04.2026, consequent whereupon, the Division Bench in State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani @ Saroj Devi, LPA-1092-2026 and connected cases, decided on 15.05.2026, has directed the State to examine the individual cases of the writ petitioners for regularization in view of the Policy, thus, prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to reconsider and decide the same in light thereof, in a time bound manner. 2. The above facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel fairly states that the Authority would not be averse to having a relook at the matter and consider it taking note of the aforesaid judgments, and decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law, after affording a proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and uninfluenced with order impugned herein, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities ASHOK KUMAR 2026.08.07 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-20834-2017 (O&M) -2- would not be addressed in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 3.
