The petitioner through instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside order dated 06.11.2017 passed by Ld. Additional District Judge, Sirsa whereby its plea has been dismissed. 2. On 22.12.2017, the following order was passed by this Court:- “Learned counsel contends that amount payable to the decree-holders in terms of the judgment and decree has already been deposited by the Union of India and despite accepting the aforementioned aspect of the matter, the learned Executing Court has ordered the payment of the decretal amount by the petitioner to the decree-holders without passing orders for releasing the compensation already deposited by the petitioner in terms of the orders in favour of the decree-holders. Notice of motion for 14.02.2018. DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.08.21 11:38 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CR-9097-2017 -2- In the meantime, in the absence of any legal impediment order dated 06.11.2017 be implemented in terms of statement of counsel for the petitioner by making payment to the decree-holders as per their entitlement from out of the funds already deposited by the Union of India in satisfaction of the claim of the decree-holders.” 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that order dated 22.12.2017 stands complied with. The payment has already been released to persons entitled to receive compensation. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid statement. 5. Disposed of with liberty to respondents to move an appropriate application if cause survives. 6.
