Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, as per the information received by him, respondent No.2 has already expired and, despite best efforts, no one has approached him for moving an appropriate application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent No.2. He, therefore, pleads no instructions. 2. In these circumstances, this Court is unable to proceed further with the hearing of the present petition and is left with no other option except to dismiss the same for want of prosecution. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3. However, liberty is granted to the parties to revive the present petition within a period of four weeks from today, in case any substantive issue still subsists alongwith a cause of action.
