has been filed by the then Deputy Commissioner/respondent no.6, which is to the following effect:
3. That on 29/09/2018, the site in dispute was inspected by District Town Planner, Panipat-Smt. Sunena along with concerned Junior Engineer. Inspection report was prepared. As per the report of District Town Planner, Panipat, dated 04/10/2018, the Gurudawara in form of tent which was already in existence before filing CWP No.25283 of 2017 has now been covered with Polythene/ tirpal due to rainy season and no additional construction has been raised at site in violation of the orders passed by Hon’ble Court.

The facts aforementioned have not been disputed by the petitioners, nor is there any material or evidence to the contrary on record. Accordingly, it cannot be said that the interim order dated 10.11.2017, has been violated.

In view thereof, finding no merit in the petition, it stands dismissed. Rule is discharged.
