As per the report of District Town Planner, Panipat, dated 04/10/2018, the Gurudawara in form of tent which was already in existence before filing CWP No.25283 of 2017 has now been covered with Polythene/ tirpal due to rainy season and no additional construction has been raised at site in violation of the orders passed by Hon’ble Court. 3. The facts aforementioned have not been disputed by the petitioners, nor is there any material or evidence to the contrary on record.
