1. Present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the orders dated 21.05.2012, 28.11.2013 and
01.08.2016.
2. It is not disputed that respondent No.2 who was appointed as Lambardar, vis-a-vis the present petitioner, has died during the pendency of the writ petition. After his death, new process has been initiated.
3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that though process was initiated, but the petitioner did not apply as he was sanguine that he will succeed in the present writ petition.
4. Once the petitioner has not applied, he has taken a risk at his own cost.

5. This Court cannot pass any order in favour of the petitioner extending the date of application. Consequently, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
