The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code with a prayer to quash/set aside the impugned summoning order dated 30.08.2017 (Annexure P-1), passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, whereby the petitioners have been ordered to be summoned under Sections 307/34 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act and all other subsequent proceedings thereof. 2. Vide order of the even date in CRM-M-30487-2016 titled as “Karanjit Singh and another Vs. State of Punjab and another” and CRM- M-43484-2016 titled as “Roman Singh @ Romi and another Vs. State of CRM-M-35879-2017 (O&M) - 1- HITESH 2026.06.10 14:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh Punjab and another”, the initial order of quashing of the complaint No.06 dated 09.03.2015 and the summoning order dated 23.02.2016, passed by the Court of Mrs. Shilpa, PCS, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga and all other consequential proceedings thereof, have already been set aside by this Court. 3.
