AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) By way of invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks quashing of Crimninal Complaint bearing CRA-5-2017 dated 08.03.2017 filed under Sections 3(k)(1),17,18,29 and 33 of Insecticide Act, 1968 with Rules 27(5) of the Insecticide Rules, 1971 as well as all subsequent proceedings arising out of same including summoning order dated 08.03.2017. A report/letter dated 30.03.2026 sent by SDJM, Zira duly forwarded by learned Sessions Judge, Ferozepur has been received, as per which vide order dated 14.02.2023, the then learned SDJM, Zira had acquitted the present petitioner. A copy of order dated 14.02.2023 has also been placed on record. It stands noticed that on the previous two dates of hearing, nobody has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the position is no different today. It is in the light of aforesaid facts that a report was called for from the trial Court concerned. Since the petitioner has been acquitted of the charges, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of being incapable of granting any further relief.
