Evidently, this Court ordered the parties to maintain status quo only regarding possession. There was no injunction granted restraining respondent from mortgaging the property by deposit of title deeds. There is no allegation with respect to disturbance in possession of suit property as it stood on 30.08.2017. Thus, this Court finds no reason to hold that the respondent has violated the orders passed by this Court. [4]
Finding no merit in the present contempt petition. The same is ordered to be dismissed. [5]
All pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stands
disposed off.
