  This petition has been filed for quashing of Kalandra recorded vide DDE No.20 dated 01.04.2017 under Section 182 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has expired and the proceedings against the petitioner in case bearing No. CHI-256-2017 titled as ‘State Vs. Sant Ram’ had already been dropped and thus the present petition has been rendered infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
