The amendment has been not carried out despite the order dated 03.09.2026. We grant two more working days, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed for non-compliance with the order. 2. Once the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondent(s), returnable on 17.09.2026. 3. The petitioner shall serve the newly added respondent by all permissible modes, including service by Speed Post A/d, and shall file an affidavit of service. It is but natural that the petitioner shall make the Directors responsible for disclosing the assets of the Company in the CIRP proceedings as party respondents. 5. The petitioner shall also explain as to why the then RP has been not made party respondent. 6. With this clarification, the application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAN) NO. 82/2026 7. Leave to amend the petition is granted as regards the names of the respondents to be added in the contempt proceedings. 8. The amendment shall be carried out before the next date. 9. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 172/2021 10.
