1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner of directions to the learned trial Court to adjudicate and conclude the trial in case titled State versus Gurdeep Singh arising out of FIR No. 279 dated 13.06.2017, registered at Police Station Ambala City and 409 IPC, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala. 2. It is relevant to mention here that on the last date of hearing, it was observed that the present trial has been pending since the year 2017 and not much progress had been made in the case except for recording the statements of one or two prosecution witnesses. Accordingly, a status report was called for from the learned trial Court. The status report dated 29.01.2026 has been received, wherein it has been stated that prosecution witnesses PW and the case is presently at the stage of remaining prosecution evidence. It has now been informed that the report has been submitted by the Investigating Officer on 29.01.2026.
