Supplementary affidavit is filed by learned counsel for the applicants and it is taken on record. 2. Sri Anurag Srivastava, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Avdhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Rakesh Kumar Yadav, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Shiv Prakash Tewari, learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State are present. 3. The instant application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Case No. 252 of 2014 (State Vs. Smt. Phool Jahan) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C. Police Station- Bilari District- Moradabad, arising out of the Case Crime No. 287 of 2000 in Charge Sheet No.155 of 2013 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant apprised the Court that both the parties have entered into a compromise. The compromise deed has been filed by way of supplementary affidavit which has also been verified by the concerned Trial Court on 16.12.2025. He prays that since now the matter has been compromised and now nothing remains to be decided the instant application may be allowed. 5. Learned counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 and learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid. 6. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, since the matter has been settled and a compromise deed has also been verified by the Trial Court, the proceedings of Case No. 252 of 2014 (State Vs. Smt. Phool Jahan) under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, I.P.C. Police Station- Bilari District- Moradabad, arising out of the Case Crime No.287 of 2000 in Charge Sheet No.155 of 2013 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Avdhesh Kumar, Satyendra Narayan Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Shiv Prakash Tewari Smt. Phool Jahan And Another .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad are hereby quashed. 7.
