At this stage, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that similar contempt petitions have been disposed of by a co ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.5.2025 passed in CWP-2025 in/and CWP-23267-2014 (O & M) and other d CWPs; COCP-1029-2017 (O & M) and other connected COCPs and RAs titled as “Gurwinder Kaur vs. State of Punjab and others”.
