The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.03.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the services of the petitioner were terminated and also for quashing of order dated 17.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.1, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the termination order was dismissed. 2. On the last date of hearing i.e. 05.09.2023, the following order was passed :- "A perusal of the order sheets reveal that since 03.03.2020, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 21.09.2023." 3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
