By the present petition, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.11.2017 passed by the learned Minister (Food, Civil Supply and Consumer Protection) in Case No. VAM/1117/Prakra- 156/Napu-21, as well as the order dated 31.07.2017 passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad. 2026:BHC-AUG:18468 2 of 2 901-WP.14595.2017.odt 3. The learned Deputy Commissioner (Supply), Aurangabad, allowed the revision preferred by Respondent No.4 and directed the District Supply Officer to conduct an inquiry and pass an appropriate order. Considering that the present petition has been pending since 2018 and that an alternate arrangement has already been made, it would be appropriate to direct expeditious completion of the inquiry. 4. Accordingly, the District Supply Officer, Nanded, is directed to complete the inquiry within a period of three months from today and thereafter take a decision in accordance with the applicable policy. 5.
