The representations were made by the petitioners to the authorities. The representation dated 29.01.2014 by the learned Tahsildar, Wadvani submitted to the learned Deputy Collector (General), Beed shows that the inquiry was held. Total 89 plot holders are occupying the plots and staying there. No illegality is found. 2.
