By way of filing this petition, a challenge has been led to FIR No.189/2017 registered with Police Station Kotwali District Sikar for the offences under Sections 143, 153A, 153B, 295A, 336 & 427 IPC 2. At the outset, it has been apprised at Bar that after investigation in the instant FIR, the police has submitted final report negative and the same has been accepted by the competent court of law, hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
