By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 10.01.2014 passed by the Additional Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate, Kishangarh, Ajmer by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court that the parties have settled their dispute in the National Lok Adalat on 10.02.2018 and on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the accused petitioner has already been acquitted from all the charges vide order dated 10.02.2018. Counsel submits that under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. (2 of 2) [CRLMP-351/2017] 3. Considering the above, the instant petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
