IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND, RANCHI ---- Cr.M.P. No. 1111 of 2017 ---- Raghunandan Prasad and Ors. .... Petitioners -- Versus -- The State of Jharkhand and Another .... Opposite Parties With Cr.M.P. No. 1179 of 2018 Cr.M.P. No. 2289 of 2018 ---- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI --- For the Petitioners :- --- For the State :- Mr.Rajesh Kumar, A.P.P. Mr. Suraj Deo Munda, A.P.P. For the O.P.No.2 :- Mr. P.K. Pathak, Advocate ---- 11/12.06.2024 It appears that so far as Cr.M.P. No.2289 of 2018 is concerned, that is arising out of P.C.R. case and in view of that, let Cr.M.P. No.2289 of 2018 be detached from the batch of Cr.M.P.No.1111 of 2017 and Cr.M.P.No.1179 of 2018. 2. Accordingly, Cr.M.P.No.2289 of 2018 will be heard separately. Cr.M.P.No.1111 of 2017 & Cr.M.P.No.1179 of 2018 3. These matters relate to Charhi P.S. Case No.68 of 2016, corresponding to G.R. No.2571 of 2016 as well as Charhi P.S. Case No.28of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No.2312 of 2014, respectively, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 4. On repeated call nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioners however, the learned counsel for the respondent State as well as the O.P.No.2 are present. 5. The instant P.S. Case is of the year 2014 and year 2016 respectively and inspite of repeated call nobody has come forward to argue the matter which suggest that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter. 6. Accordingly, both these petitions are dismissed. 7. Pending petition if any also stands disposed of accordingly. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) SI/,
